By signing up for Renaissance / The Renaissance Experience you agree to be in a Creative Partnership with us under the following Terms & Conditions:
1. ACCEPTED PAYMENTS
All payments must be made through the links or sublinks provided on our official website: myrenaisance.org , within the specified deadlines, at the corresponding rates.
You can pay by Debit/Credit Card and/or Google/Apple Pay. If you have a discount coupon you may apply it at checkout, before making the purchase.
2. DATES & PRICES
You can join the Renaissance Experience in the presale / early bird period, starting November 24 or at the regular presale price until it starts.

3. PROGRAM START + ACCESS
Within minutes of signing up, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation Email from The Self-Creation School at the same email address you provided on the registration page. If you do not receive a purchase confirmation, check your spam folder, in case it skipped your inbox. If you believe it may have been sent to an incorrect email address, please contact us.
Our Private Members Area opens March 3, where you can access The Renaissance Experience before we officially begin the first module. If you do not receive your Login Info to our Virtual Classroom by March 3, please contact us at support@selfcreation.co so we can resend it.
As a general guideline and depending on your time zone, please allow 24 hours before you contact us and make sure you check your spam / junk folder - or promotional / social tab (if using Gmail), as our Welcome Emails may sometimes skip your inbox and land in a different tab of folder.
PRESALE TERMS + START DATE: Please note that during the presale period the program start date is estimate and it may be changed or postponed should the organizers decide that this is necessary for the optimal delivery of the program.
If you purchase the program during the presale period with the added 50% - 70% discount you agree to the estimate start date. You also agree to any changes in the start date that the organizers may see fit for the most optimal delivery of the program.
4. COMMUNICATION
For any course related communication, please email us at support@creativerehab.co and/or support@selfcreation.co. We do our best to respond within 24 hours or less on business days and hours, Monday through Friday. If you email us during a weekend or a holiday, please allow until the next working day for a detailed response.
Sometimes our emails land in the Junk / Spam folder, or under the Social / Promotional tabs. To ensure you receive all our emails in your inbox, please add us to your contact list. If you think you may have missed important communication from us, please contact us and we will help. Please check your Spam / Promo / Social tab first, before you contact us.
5. CANCELLATION / REFUND / TRANSFER
Your Renaissance Experience purchase is fully refundable through January 25 (until 11:59 pm PST). Please note that refunds take up to 30 days to process.
In case of cancellation / withdrawal, if you have already received and accessed the bonuses and you decide to cancel before the program starts, you will be required to pay the full amount of the bonuses received to date.
Should life prevent you from following along the LIVE experience through the guided weekly schedule, you may access the program content in your own time + rhythm or check with us about retaking the program in real time when it reopens.
Whether you are able to take the program in real time, following the weekly sessions or not, you will continue to have uninterrupted and unlimited access to the program content as soon as it is released and for a period of at least 2 years after you purchase.
Please make sure you contact us ASAP should you not receive your Access Email within the dates / periods specified in these Terms. We are not responsible for any missed deadlines due to untimely communication.
GIFTS & TRANSFERS: You may gift or transfer your spot to a friend within 24 hours of purchasing and / or anytime before the program officially begins, as long as you have not logged in to the virtual classroom yet. To gift or transfer your spot, please send us an email request. Please include the full name and email address of the person you want to gift or transfer the program to.
BONUSES: The Bonuses offered with the Renaissance core program or during enrollment - such as those included in the Black Friday Gift Bag and / or similar do not apply to cancellations or withdrawals. In case a bonus has already been used at the time of cancellation, you will be charged the full price of the bonus.
Additional bonuses offered during enrollment and not included in the program description are subject to date changes, should the creators see it necessary for optimal delivery. These bonuses are not subject to the cancelation / refund policy or overall course offer detailed in these terms.
6. RESPONSIBILITY
The creators, partners, guests and staff of Creative Rehab / The Self-Creation School, are not responsible for any conditions or life occurrences that may prevent you from taking full advantage of the program offer, accessing our virtual classroom, interacting with other participants, downloading and making good use of the materials provided, or communicating with us should you encounter any difficulties and/or need any assistance through the process.
By signing up for The Renaissance Experience you commit to making the corresponding payments within the specified deadlines, with the payment plan and format you choose at the time of enrollment, abiding by these Terms & Conditions.
You are fully responsible for communicating with us regarding any special circumstances, cancelation, withdrawal or refund requests -- as well as any other particular arrangements that we need to be aware of, within the deadlines specified. We are unable to provide you with any special assistance or support outside of the deadlines listed, and/or unless specifically requested by you, the participant.
7. CONFLICT / LIABILITY
Our Self-Creation School Virtual Platform [The Members Area] hosting all our programs is a safe, private platform and community where our participants can share their words + insight + inspiration, and mutually benefit from each other's creative experiences. Participants may also give and receive constructive critique and support, or express their creative urges, vulnerability, personal discoveries and full spectrum of emotion -- as ignited through the program prompts + assignments.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or take legal action if necessary, against any participant who may tip the balance of the group interactions or compromise in any way the safety, respect, kindness and integrity of our participants, members + staff, our brands and programs, our Virtual Classroom / Members Area, or our extended, complementary Social Media spaces through any kind of posts or publications, comments or remarks that are unethical, defamatory and/or out of alignment with our mission, our service and these Terms.
By signing up for this program you commit to not engage in any defamatory, unethical or libelous actions towards other members or staff, as well as our programs and related offerings, inside our Virtual Platform and/or extended social media platforms, as well as any other private or public space.
In case of suspension, a partial refund may be agreed upon, if/when it applies, as determined by The Self-Creation School staff.
All personal communication regarding your account, participation or feedback that is not a direct response to the assignments shared in each section or module, must be communicated privately, via email.
8. PRIVACY
Open participation in our Members Area, related social media groups and/or forums is not required. As a participant in any of our programs, your name and profile will remain private unless you choose to interact with other members.
For social media interaction, you will be subject to the privacy terms of the platform you use (i.e. Facebook) as well as your personal + group settings.
YOUR DATA: Your email and name - which you are required to provide at registration, will not be shared with any parties other than the creators, instructors and/or staff of The Self-Creation School, who help us deliver our programs, run our platforms as well as assist and support you with your participation.
All personal communication regarding your account, participation, payment or personal feedback must be communicated to us privately, via email. You are fully responsible for any private information you choose to disclose in a group setting.

7.1. Renaissance Communication: You will begin to receive our weekly Renaissance emails on when the portal opens - granting you access to the Members Portal and then every Tuesday, notifying you of each module and session released weekly - containing all the insight + downloads and materials you'll need each week, which you can access directly from your inbox.
You will also receive other program notifications + announcements during the duration of the program, such as LIVE call reminders and other pertinent communication.
Additionally, you may receive additional announcements related to the program in the future, after its completion, such as new upgrades, releases, and other related communication.
7.2. Other Communication: News & Updates + Creative Inspiration + Promotional Offers. In addition to our program communication, you will continue to receive related newsletters (via Andrea Balt, the Self-Creation School and/or Write Yourself Alive), as well as promotional email from time to time, with information about upcoming courses and events. You may unsubscribe from any or all of our email lists anytime, by clicking the Unsubscribe button found at the bottom of each email.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
The Renaissance Experience and The Self-Creation School are trademarks of [THE AUTHOR]. All the content presented in each program -- including copyrights, catch phrases, names, titles, symbols and trademarks -- with the exception of externally referenced quotes and citations -- is Intellectual Property of Andrea Balt [THE AUTHOR] and it is intended for your personal, private use and educational purposes only.
By signing up for this program you agree to not plagiarize or appropriate the intellectual property of the author. You also agree to not reproduce, teach, distribute or repurpose in any way the contents of the program/s, without explicit citation, reference, written permission and/or previous approval from [THE AUTHOR], as applicable in each case.
10. AGREEMENT
By enrolling in The Renaissance Experience, you agree that you have reviewed and accepted the above Terms & Conditions.
